Your online Dashboard is the primary page to view information about your Eleyo account. From the Dashboard you can see any current and upcoming course enrollments, manage family members and relationships, view recent payment activity, along with activity related to child care or facilities accounts. You can also search for and enroll in courses, programs, or care directly from this page.
The top of the page provides global search within your district, which you can use to find courses, programs, or child care to register for. Selecting the Explore All Programs navigation button displays a menu of the options available in your district.
Starting in the top left of the Dashboard, the Your Invoices section contains current child care invoices (including any past due balances). If your district uses Facilities for building/room reservations, you will see those invoices as well. You can selected any invoice to view the full details and the option to make an online payment.
Within Manage Family Members, you can add or edit Emergency Contacts for yourself, your family members, or relationships and find programs for them to enroll in. Emergency Contacts are different than Authorized Pickups for child care. See details Adding Authorized Pickups and Emergency Contacts
Selecting Manage All Relationships brings you to your profile page where you can update your contact information (email, address, phone number) as well as add, update or remove relationships from your account. Changing Your Account Email Address or Contact Information including SMS
The Enroll In section contains information about the currently available child care options.
The Current and Upcoming Enrollments section displays courses (and Early Childhood Family Education for Minnesota locations) that you, your family members, or your relationships are registered to attend.
If you don't have any existing enrollments, selecting Explore Courses displays a list of courses or other options that you can register for. Selecting All Enrollments displays the list of current and future enrollments plus any previous courses that you have enrolled in.
The Your Accounts section displays any currently active Child Care Accounts you have have family enrolled in. Selecting the account number will display the account management page for that specific program where you can view the contract details, update the contract, manage authorized pickups, and/or make an online child care payment. Every January 1st, the Download Tax Statement option is displayed to allow you to download the PDF which includes your child care tax details.
If you are a member of an organization and have permission to manage it online, the details regarding any building or room reservations and facilities invoices will be displayed. Select the Facility Account number to view more details on it.
Under Recent Payment Activity, you will see the lists of payments made in the last 60 days. Selecting All Activity will display your full account history, including any child care invoices, payments, and current or past sign-in activity.
