Once you have created an account with a unique email and password, you can reset your password as needed using the steps below.
- Browse to your district's Eleyo website URL. If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative.
- Select the Sign In option toward the top right of your screen
- Enter your User email address that is associated with your profile. If you are not sure what email address is connected to your account, please contact the staff at your district or school representative.
- Select Next.
- Leave the Password space blank (if auto-populated by your browser, delete the current password).
- Select Sign In
- Select the blue Forgot Password? link
- When you receive the email with the subject line Forgot Your Password, it will contain a link to allow you to set a new password.
Since the password reset email you will receive is only valid for about 8 hours, it is recommended that you complete these steps when you are ready to set a password.
