In Eleyo, there are several locations that can be accessed to make an online payment toward an enrichment course or for child care. Note: If there are questions about what is showing as being due for an enrollment or child care, please contact the staff at the program you are making the payment for .
1. Navigate to your program's Eleyo site and select Sign In.
Your dashboard is displayed.
The Your Invoices section of the Dashboard will contain any current invoices (including any with past due balances).
2. Select the invoice to display the invoice screen. If you received an email with a View Your Invoice button, if you select that, you will be prompted to sign in. Once you've signed in, the system will immediately direct you to the selected invoice shown below including the Make a Payment button.
Alternately, you can click All Activity under Recent Payment Activity to display a history of all invoices and payments on your account. Selecting an invoice from the list will display the invoice screen.
3. Select Make a Payment.
4. Select the radio button option to pay the Current Balance Due or Specify Other Amount.
You can add payment notes to your payment that can be viewed by staff once the payment has successfully processed. Payment Notes are optional.
5. Select Add to Cart.
Your cart will update with the specified payment.
6. Select Checkout.
You will be brought to the payment screen.
7. Select how you would like to pay by selecting either Bank Account (to use a checking or savings account) or Credit/Debit Card. Enter your payment information and select Create. If you have any previously saved payment methods, select the desired one.
8. Ensure the correct billing address is selected in order to show the Pay button is active. Note: Some teams will create promotional or promo codes for specific items they offer. The Promo code field can be left blank if you are not using a specific promo code for this payment.
9. Select Pay. You will receive an emailed receipt or you can view the under the Your History section of your Dashboard.
