The Child Care Activity Report generates a full page, with your program's logo, address and other letterhead details, for a selected child care account. It details all the invoicing and payment activity on that account during a chosen timeframe. It can be created to reflect the name of any account owners associated with the child care account.
The Child Care Account Activity report can be generated if a report is needed during the calendar year and/or to provide additional detail as a supplement to the Tax Statement report.
Use the following steps to generate the report:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Accounts.
- Search for the desired Child Care Account and select it using the check box on the left.
- Select the Reports button in the upper, left corner of the screen.
- Select the Child Care Activity Report.
- Select Run Selected Reports.
- Update any of the Data fields (recipient name, Program, date range, output format).
- Select Continue.
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to view the report.
