There are easily accessed pre-made reports that are formatted to provide the answers given by families during their registration for Child Care. Your team can also create a more customized report like the Child Care Roster which can include any specifics you want or need your staff to readily access.
The System Reports menu includes many pre-made reports. One is the Emergency Contact List which generates a PDF report for one or more child care Sites, Site Sections, Contracts or Non-School Day Sites. It lists the up-to-date emergency contacts for each child.
This report generates a detailed information sheet containing contact and scheduled information for each contract in a child care Site, child care Site Section, or Non-School Day site in a PDF format. Run this report from the Contracts list, the Sites list or the Non-School Day Site list.
Printed copies can be organized in a binder at each location to comply with state-mandated regulations. It can also ensure you have all the information you need during field trips or other times when electronic options are not available (inclement weather, power outages, etc).
This report exports an Excel document including the following for each contract: name, child care account number and answers to all of the child care site's enrollment questions. It can be run for one or more child care Sites, Site Sections, Contracts, Non-School Day Sites or the Non-School Day Attendee list view.
One common way to report answers from the Contracts list view is to include the column of Contract Answers. That data can be pulled into Excel using the List Data Export. In the system, all answers will be displayed in one cell. The Excel report will separate each question and the corresponding responses into individual columns.
