Administrative users can add individuals who are authorized and/or who are not authorized to pick up a child from a Child Care Program. Each authorized or un-authorized pickup must first be entered into the system under Contacts > People.
To add an Authorized or Un-authorized Pickup to the account:
- Select Child Care.
- Select Accounts.
- Search for and select the Account to add a pickup.
- Select Show Account.
- From the Account Show Page, select Add Pickup
- Select which children the individual is authorized to pickup.
- Begin entering the name of the person Authorized to pickup the child. Select from the available names as it appears.
- Enter an un-authorized pickup if needed using the Add Un-Authorized Pickup
- Select Create.
