Tags are a way to identify records with a custom keyword or phrase. Tags allow staff to filter or report on records that are specific to that program. Tags can also be used within the Child Care Attendance app by tagging the contract. Contracts can then be filtered by site staff using the app. The tags can also be set up to show in the Child Show Page when a student's name is selected (ie if there is an Unauthorized Pickup and the contract is tagged as such, it will show in the list of students on the Attendance tab as well as under that child's information page). For general information on setting up tags on the Administration side, please review the article on Using Tags.
In order to view the contract tag within the Eleyo Child Care Attendance app, the tags need to be first set up as an On-Site Tag by an Administrative user with the appropriate user permissions. These tags are set up from the System Preferences menu on the Administrative side.
To set up enable On-Site tags for your Eleyo Child Care Attendance app, follow the steps outlined below.
