When creating a Course, the options listed under both the Class Type and the Event/Activity/Contact Type fields within the ECFE module are populated based on the designated state report fields. These types are used for state reporting purposes. When there are enrollments in ECFE Courses that specify these types, they are reported on for the appropriate ones when printing the Minnesota ECFE Annual Report Worksheet. These fields are designed to match the fields included in the state reports and are not customizable.
The ECFE Annual Report Worksheet will show total unduplicated parent records as well as unduplicated user (student) records. Because enrollments could include one parent for one enrollment and another might include a different parent (and/or student), the unduplicated parent records could show differently than the total number of records with some sort of parent/child family relationship. There is not a way to get a Family count using that report.
