The Child Care On-Site Devices Statistics report can be used to audit the details for all iPad devices that are using the Child Care Attendance app. The report is an Excel spreadsheet that summarizes the iOS version and Eleyo Child Care Attendance app version for every device logged into each site. It can also be run for any Non-School Day Sites using the Child Care Attendance app.
To run this report:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Sites or Non-School Day Sites.
- Select the checkboxes for one or more Sites/Non-School Day Sites.
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name and the Connect button).
- Select Child Care On-Site Devices Statistics
- Select Run Selected Reports.
- Select Continue.
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to download the Excel report.
