Staff can run a report to view any incomplete attendances where either a timestamp for signing a student in or out is missing. It can be run from a list of Contracts or Sites and can be run for just one contract, for a group of contracts, for one Site or a group of Sites.
Use the following steps to run the report:
- Point to Child Care
- Select either Contracts or Sites.
- Select one or more Contracts or Sites.
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name and near the Connect button).
- Choose the Child Care Incomplete Attendances report.
- Select Run Selected Reports.
- Update any of the Data fields (Start and End Date and the desired output format (PDF or Excel).
- Select Continue.
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to view the report.
