A Non-School Day Only contract allows the account owner to create a contract for the student to attend only on days when there is not regular care and when Non-School Day care is running.
When the Non-School Day Only contract schedule type is selected in the Registration Options, the system automatically creates a placeholder site labeled Non-School Day Only. This site acts as a holding space for those contracts that will allow account owners to register their student for available Non-School Day care.
It is recommended to update the name of that placeholder site (example: Holiday/Early Release Only, Non-School Day Registration/Paperwork). It is also recommended that staff attach the same questions or question templates to it that are used for the regular care contract requests. Including the questions or question templates for this placeholder site allows you to gather the necessary information needed for a student to attend Non-School Days (the same as for a student with a regular care contract).
When the Non-School Day Only contract is submitted online, the account owner is prompted to select the Non-School Day Dates they are looking to have their student attend. Both the Non-School Day Only contract and the Non-School Day Dates are submitted as pending (the same as a regular care contract). Staff must review and approve the contract and the dates before the student can attend.
If a discount is added to the Non-School Day Only contract, it will function like it does on the regular care contract. When invoiced, the system will reflect the discount amount for the approved Non-School Day dates being billed.
