The Child Care Average Monthly Attendance report provides average daily attendance numbers by month for a specified program(s). Users can select any month, and the report will generate the averages for that month and the following 11 calendar months. The report is broken down by Site and contains an average daily attendance for the entire year including grand totals and grand averages (depending on where the report is being run from).
Use these steps to run the report:
- Point to Reports (found at the top right of the main toolbar)
- Select Reports from the list of choices.
- Select Child Care Average Monthly Attendance from the choices on the left.
- Select the desired Program from the drop-down.
- Select the desired Start Date and Year.
- Select Run Report.
- The report will run in the bottom right corner. When the box is green, select on the word View to open the report.
This report can also be run from the following list views:
- Child Care > Programs
- Child Care > Seasons
- Child Care > Sites
For any of the above, use these steps to run the report:
- Point to Child Care
- Select the desired Program, Season and/or Site(s)
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name and the Connect button).
- Select Child Care Average Monthly Attendance
- Select Run Reports
- Select the desired Start Date and Year.
- Select Continue
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to access the report.
