If your team is looking for a report that includes all of a student's contract details in an easy-to-read PDF format, you can run the Contract Information Sheet. It can be run from the Contracts show page for a single student or from the Contracts list view for a group of students.
The report includes the schedule a student is contracted to attend, their emergency contacts, personal information and any special needs. It also has settings that allow staff to include the student's picture and/or all of the responses to the contract questions parents answered. Note: If there are questions that were not answered, they are intentionally not included. This report only reflects all current relevant details of the contract so unanswered questions do not contain useful data. The Contract Answers Report or a Roster report would display all questions and responses including those that were not answered.
To run the report:
- Point to Child Care
- Select Contracts
- Select one or more contracts then select Reports in the top left (near your name).
- Select Contract Information Sheet.
- Select the desired options to include a photo and/or the responses for the contract questions.
- Select Continue.
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to download the PDF.
