The Child Show Page in the Child Care Attendance app is the student's profile page for staff to quickly view and update pertinent information. The Child Show Page is found by selecting the student's name from the Attendance tab of the app.
The Child Show Page includes:
- Ability to Sign In/Out using the Sign icon
- Ability to mark absent using the Absent icon
- Add updates (snack, illness, etc). using the Update icon
- Add Adjustments using Adjust (Note: These must be set up on the Admin side in order to be available to be added by site staff)
- Schedule (includes Today's details plus a Calendar to view past or upcoming dates).
- Contacts including authorized pick-ups and emergency contacts. When the account owner/parent/authorized pickup name is selected, it displays any contact details including phone numbers and email addresses. Any Unauthorized Pickups will also be displayed in this section. Note: Unauthorized Pickups can only be added by staff from the Admin side (not by parents online).
- Demographic details (Student Gender, Student Birth Date, Student Age)
- Child Care Account Number
- Security Code (if enabled by the district/child care program). This is entered into the Kiosk tab for sign in/out.
- Applicable Tags (allergies, etc). Note: Tags are assigned to the contracts by staff on the Admin side.
- Responses to registration questions
District staff can also add a picture of a child by tapping the student's picture icon if one already exists, by selecting their initials below their name or using the Camera icon in the top right.
