Rooms may be added to an existing building from the Building Show Page.
- Select Facilities
- Select Buildings,
- Select the building and select Show Building.
- From the Building Show Page, select Add Room.
- Complete the New Room Form. Note: Ensure the room is tagged with the appropriate Rate Tag (for example, all rooms tagged 'large classroom' have a Class 2 rate of $35). It is also a good idea to tag the room with any special room attributes which helps to make it easier to find a room with those attributes (i.e. sink, projector, etc) when one is being requested.
- Select Create
