If a Facility Request was deleted in error, you will first need to add the column of Deleted to the Request List View in order to view the deleted request and make it active again. Follow these steps to Un-Delete a Facility Request:
- Select Facilities
- Select Requests
- Select the then check the box for Deleted and select Done. Any deleted requests will appear in a grey highlight.
- Locate the request you wish to re-activate/un-delete and select the check box on the left to select it.
- Select Show Request.
- The message will be displayed. Select the Un-Delete option.
The request will then display with a status of Canceled. To resubmit the request for approval, select .
