When a Facility Request is being made online, a scroll box containing Terms and Conditions comes up for the person agree to before submitting their request. The text containing the Terms and Conditions is found under the System Preferences. You can copy and paste text into this field or type it in using the wysiwyg editor that is that field. This information can also be entered to be printed in the Printed Permit Legal Information field.
To enter or update the Facilities Terms and Conditions:
- Select System
- Select System Preferences
- Select Facilities on the left.
- Enter the Terms and Conditions in the Online Legal Information field or make any modifications.
- If desired, enter any legal permit information that can be printed into the Printed Permit Legal Information field.
- Select at the top.
