In the Courses or ECFE modules, there are a few ways to see who has outstanding balances.
On the main system Dashboard, there is a view for any enrollments with a balance. When the View button is selected, the system displays any enrollments with a current balance > $0. The List Data Export report can be run to create an Excel file of that data.
Additionally, staff can use the Enrollment Activity Report to run a report that includes the activity for each person who has a balance > $0 as of the date the report is run.
Generating the Enrollment Activity Report from the Catalog view
- Select Courses or ECFE.
- Select Catalogues.
- Select the Catalog to run the Enrollment Activity Report for and select Show Catalog.
- From the Catalog show page, select Run Reports.
- Select Enrollment Activity Report and select Yes for Show only balances over $0.
- Select Continue.
- When Download button changes to green, select it to to view and print a PDF version of the statements for families with an existing balance.

- From the main system Dashboard, select to view the Enrollments with a balance.
- Select Reports in the top left.
- Select Enrollment Activity Report
- Select Continue.
- When Download button changes to green, select it to to view and print a PDF version of the statements for people with an existing balance.
