The Community Ed system does capture history and time stamps for the following data:
- Payments, Refunds, and Voids and which Admin user created them
- Child Care Contract state changes (approvals, rejections, withdrawals) and which Admin user completed the action
- Child Care Account updates to paperless, auto pay, and late fee exemption settings and which Admin user completed the action
- The Communications tab in the People record contains data for when emails were delivered and viewed.
Other data such as when a Child Care Program is changed from online to offline or other system functions are not captured.
