Each Building, Room and Facility Request has an iCal subscription feed that may be shared so others, who may not have Administrative access to the system, may view a calendar for that Building, Room or Facility Request easily. Further definition of an iCal subscription can be found clicking here.
Some examples of how iCal feeds can be helpful include the following: A certain teacher may want to always have access to the Facility Schedule for his/her room; an Athletic Director may want access to the schedule for the High School; a Swim Coach may want access to the schedule for their long-term Facility Request.
The iCal feeds are specified to list date/times in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The iCal feeds are refreshed 3 times a day. If an iCal feed is not updating on a Google calendar, it may be caused by an issue where Google's cache of the iCal feed is not updating quickly enough.
The iCal subscription feeds may be easily shared by following these instructions:
- Select Facilities
- Select Buildings (or Select Rooms)
- Select the desired building (or room) so it is highlighted then Show Building (or Show Room)
- Select the calendar icon in the top left corner next to the name of the Building, Room or Facility Request.
- Select the Copy to Clipboard to copy the iCal address then follow directions for your existing district program or other Calendar system to add the subscription to it.

Select the Add to Google Calendar button to add the feed to your existing Google Calendar.
