When Course Sections are created, your team can opt to have Confirmation emails and/or Reminder emails sent automatically. Confirmation emails are sent when an enrollment is completed online. If a payment was created, a separate payment receipt will be sent. Reminder emails are sent 48 hours before the start date of the course section (note: there is not a way to change the timing of either confirmation or reminder emails).
If you want to include a hyperlink to any information, you can copy and paste the hyperlink into the Confirmation Notes that will be sent by email. The same details are also sent if a Reminder email is being sent. You are only able to use a hyperlink in the field, not an embedded link. An example of an embedded link is when you have text in the message like Click Here where the word Here contains the embedded hyperlink.
If it is helpful, there are online 'wiki' entries or other web resources available for how to shorten a URL/web address which might help to save space in Confirmation Notes.
For system emails, if there are hyperlinks being displayed, the colors are based on the Color Scheme your team has set under the System Settings menu. The Primary color specifically dictates how those hyperlinks are displayed. Any staff with access to the System Settings menu can adjust the colors being used (System > System Settings).
If you are having difficulty seeing hyperlinks and there is no Primary or Secondary color selected, the system pulled colors from the Logo which can sometimes cause them to be difficult to see. Please change the selections as needed, though please note it will also affect the color of the button for your website in the footer of the confirmation emails.
