Once an instructor has installed and logged into the Course Roster app, all Course Sections they are attached to will appear in the list of available courses on the Courses screen. The device must be connected to a wireless or cellular network to view the roster and take attendance.
Administrative Users who have been granted permission (Courses/Attendances or ECFE/Attendances) and log into the Course Roster app will see all course sections running that day in order to take attendance using the app.
The views shown below may vary depending upon the device being used. Views on an iPad are adjusted to display more detail on the larger screen.

Select an available Course Section to view the roster. Attendance may only be taken when a Course Section is running. NOTE: Pull down to refresh the view on the device.
TIP: Select a Course Section and select the Q&A tab to view answers by all enrollments to specific custom questions asked during registration. For Instructors only, this is available if those columns were included in the Instructor Roster defaults pre-set on the Admin side.

Attendance may be taken from the Enrollments List View by tapping the attendee name. Each person must be checked in individually. This can be useful when attendance is being taken at a front desk within a building or by an Administrative User for several Course Sections happening at the same time.
TIP: Select the green i image to the right of an attendee name to see other roster fields the district has given permission to view.
