If needed, a dash (-) or an asterisk (*) may be added in place of a bullet when creating a list of items in the invoice Reminder field. Those characters will stay intact as part of a list in the email that is received by the account owner. Though bullets may look correct on the preview of the email from the Administration side of the system, bullets are automatically converted to unreadable code (which may be confusing when viewing it in the email received by the account owner).
