Copying an Existing Course

In both the Courses and ECFE modules, when a Course with at least one Course Section exists in the system, it can be copied then updated (vs creating every course and course section new).

To copy an existing enrichment Course, follow the steps below:

1. Point to Courses.
2. Select Courses.
3. Search for and select the Course you wish to copy
4. Select Copy Course.
5. Make necessary changes to the form. Note: If you only want to copy the Course and do not wish to copy one or more of the existing Course Sections, make sure to un-check the course sections in the orange section at the bottom of the form.
6. Select Create.

To copy an existing ECFE Course, follow the steps below:

1. Point to ECFE.
2. Select Courses.
3. Search for and select the Course you wish to copy
4. Select Copy Course.
5. Make necessary changes to the form. Note: If you only want to copy the Course and do not wish to copy one or more of the existing Course Sections, make sure to un-check the course sections in the orange section at the bottom of the form.
6. Select Create.
