To create a new Child Care Program, follow the steps below:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Programs.
- Select Add Program.
- Complete the New Child Care Program form.
- Select Create.
It is recommended to add a logo specific for the program. This displays on the Public side, is included in system generated emails for that Program, and prints on reports and rosters.
It is also recommended to add a Short and Long Description to provide details about the Program on the Public side. The Short Description also displays on annual Tax Statement Report, and should include wording around Before and After School for IRS purposes.
When using the Child Care module for Preschool programs in Minnesota, select Yes under Is This An ECFE/SR Program? in order for the system to include the Early Education Student Report (EESR) questions for the state report.
Note: Programs may not be deleted from the Administrative side of the system. If you need to have a Program removed, please contact Eleyo Support.
