Tags are used to affiliate rates and to allow you to add descriptions to specific Rooms. Tags can then be used in almost every list view to allow you to filter for specific features for facility requests (i.e. rooms with sinks, room size, etc). There are two ways shown below to tag Rooms.
To create tags:
- Point to System.
- Select Tags.
- Select Add Tag.
- Complete the New Tag form by naming the tag, selecting a color for the tag and selecting the location for the tag (Facilities > Room).
- Select Create.
To tag one or more Rooms in a list view, follow the steps below:
- Point to Facilities.
- Select Rooms.
- Search for and select the Room(s) to tag.
- Select Tags.
- Select the tag(s) to apply.
- Select Apply Tags.
To tag a single Room when modifying it, follow the steps below:
- Point to Facilities.
- Select Rooms.
- Search for and select the individual Room to tag.
- Select Modify Room.
- In the Tag List field, if the Tag exists, when you start to type, it will appear in the blue box of possible tags. Select the existing tag.
- Select Save.
