Event blocks allow you to reflect dates that will show on the Public side as not being available to be booked. If the setting Show Event Name And Other Details On The Public Calendar? is set to Yes, the details typed in the Name field when creating the block will be displayed on the online calendar. If set to No, it will only display the word "Booked" on the calendar.
Note: Only Managed complexes/buildings are included when creating an Event Block. There are additional costs for each managed location.
To create an Event Block, follow the steps below:
- Point to Facilities
- Select Event Blocks.
- Select Add Event.
- Complete the New Event form.
- Select Create
