To create a Child Care Contract from the Administrative side of the system, follow the steps below:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Accounts.
- Select an account from the list view and select Show Account.
- From the account show page, select Add Contract.
- Complete the New Child Care Contract form.
- Select Create.
Note: A contract can also be created from the Child Care Contract menu or from the Site Show Page. When created from those locations, the system will ask for the child's name in order to connect the contract to the correct Child Care Account. By creating the contract from the Child Care Account show page, the system defaults the correct account when creating the new contract.
