Tax statements for Child Care or Preschool payments made through a child care account are available each year after January 1. Account owners that have made at least one payment in the system can use the Download Tax Information button from the Account Management tools to obtain a copy of the tax statement report. Payments on the tax statements are categorized by payer.
Receipts and invoices can be downloaded from the Your History section online. Receipts are only visible to the person that made the specific payment (not by all account owners).
If a parent has any questions on their tax statement, it is recommended they contact their program/district staff directly for assistance.
To access their statement online, account owners log in, select their child care account number under the Your Accounts section of the Dashboard then the Download Tax Information button on the left.
