Copying existing Child Care Sites can be a time saver. Once you have created a Child Care Site or have an existing Site, you can copy it and simply update any information that might be different.
To copy an existing Child Care site, follow the steps below:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Sites.
- Search for and select/highlight the Site you wish to copy
- Select Copy Site.
- Ensure the Season is set correctly (either the current season or update to reflect a new season).
- Make any necessary changes to the New Child Care Site form.
- Select Create.
Note: In order for a site to be available for online registration, staff also have to assign that site to an existing Rate or create a new one.
