Below is an overview of the steps for setting up a new Program for the first time in the Child Care module. Most Programs are created once when first opening it for online registration and account management. Many of the items below are able to be copied when future online registration Seasons are being created.
- Create Buildings and Rooms used by the Program sites (Facilities > Buildings, Facilities > Rooms).
- Create Budget Codes used by the Program (Finance > Budget Codes).
- Create optional Agreements/terms and conditions (System > Agreements).
- Create optional Question Template(s) (System > Question Templates).
- Create Program (Child Care > Programs).
- Create Registration Options (Child Care > Registration Options).
- Create Season (Child Care > Seasons).
- Create Site(s) (Child Care > Sites).
- Create Rate(s) (Child Care > Rates).
- Create optional Non School Day Sites (Child Care > Non School Day Sites).
- Create Non School Day Rates (Child Care > Rates).
