There are a variety of system reports for Child Care. These reports can be accessed from multiple locations. When viewing the Reports menu, there is an information icon (the lowercase 'i') that when selected, provides additional details about that report and displays a sample image.
One of the most popular reports is the Child Care Roster report. It can be customized to include the desired data your site staff needs to access including Emergency Contacts, Authorized and Unauthorized Pickups, and details from the questions that were answered during registration. There is a setting to include date columns as one option for attendance and/or to have the system indicate when students attended (if that data is being captured using the Child Care Attendance app or being manually entered on the Admin side).
To print Child Care Rosters and other Reports, follow the steps below:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Sites.
- Search for and select the Sites(s) you would like to print the report for using the check boxes.
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name).
- Select the desired report(s) then select Run Selected Reports.
- Update any of the Data fields and the desired output format.
- Select Continue
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to view the report.
If looking for a Child Care Roster for one particular Site Section, follow these steps:
- Point to Child Care.
- Select Site Sections.
- Search for and select the check box for a single Site Section you would like to print the report for. Note: be sure to stay on the list view with the columns displayed.
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name).
- Select the Child Care Roster report then select Run Selected Reports.
- Update any of the Data fields and the desired output format.
- Select Continue
- When the Download button changes to green, select it to view the report.
