A PDF of an Instructor Contract can be created as a report. The contract PDF can include a signature line to allow a hard copy to be printed and signed. There is a white space at the top that allows staff to correctly fold and insert into a window style envelope. If your team needs to make any manual changes (including adjusting the address section) the report can be printed using a Word format and updated as needed.

To print one or more Instructor Contracts, follow the steps below:
- Point to Courses.
- Select Instructor Contracts.
- Search for and select the check boxes for the Instructor(s) that you wish to print the contract(s) for.
- Select Reports in the top left (near your name)
- Select Instructor Contract then Run Selected Reports.
- Update any of the Data fields and the desired output format.
- Select Continue.
- When the report is finished running, select the Download Finished Report(s) to view, save and/or print. Select Send via Email to send as a link via email.
