Creating a Catalogue is the first step in setting up the enrichment Courses in Eleyo. The Catalogue reflects the name your consumers recognize (i.e. Fall 2023, Adult Enrichment Summer 23-24, Youth Winter/Spring etc). The Start Date usually reflects the date that your first course section opens for online registration. The End Date usually reflects the last date that any course section will meet for that season.
The headers or categories for the Season/Catalog selector tool (with the icon of the book) are automatically generated based on a several parameters. These include top level Category names, Years, Season names (spring, summer, fall, winter), etc. A consistent naming strategy for top level categories should be used to ensure all Catalogs are grouped together under the same heading.
The Misc heading is used for the Catalogues that do not fit into any other section or group.
To create a new enrichment Course Catalogue, follow the steps below:
- Point to Courses.
- Select Catalogues.
- Select Add Catalogue.
- Complete the New Catalogue form.
- Select Create.
