To create a list of contracts with uninvoiced (attended or scheduled) dates within a program, go to the toolbar at the top of the Admin Dashboard and select Child Care > Contracts page.
- In the Contracts pop-up, click View All or close the search box to see your full list of contracts.
- Click the Advanced Search icon , and select "Uninvoiced Attended Dates" or "Uninvoiced Scheduled Dates" from the "Choose..." drop-down.
Two filter operator drop-downs will appear next to each.
- Select the first filter operator, as defined below:
- Is (=) - Is equal to the value listed after the operator. Used to find a specific date that a contract has not been invoiced for, but the child attended.
- Is not (≠) - Is not equal to the value listed after the operator. Used to find contracts that have attended dates that have not been invoiced that are not on a specific date.
- Select the second filter operator, as defined below:
- Exactly (=) - Is/Is not exactly the value listed after the operator. Used to find the exact date that a contract has not been invoiced for, or is not the exact specified date.
- Before (<) - Is/Is not before the value listed after the operator. Used to find contracts that have attended dates that have not been invoiced that are before a specific date, or is not before a specified date.
- After (>) - Is/Is not after the value listed after the operator. Used to find contracts that have attended dates that have not been invoiced that are after a specific date, or is not after a specified date.
- Between (inclusive) - Is/Is not between the provided date values listed after the operator. Used to find contracts that have attended dates that have not been invoiced that are between two specified dates, or outside of the specified dates.
- Click the Calendar icon to select a date/s or type the date/s in the text box and press enter.
The list view updates with the results for the advanced search. - Click the Plus icon to add an additional filter to the advance search.
- Select "Program" from the "Choose..." drop-down.
- Select the first filter operator, as defined below:
- Is (=) - Is equal to the value listed after the operator. Used to find a specific contract.
- Is not (≠) - Is not equal to the value listed after the operator.
- Select the desired program from the program filter drop-down menu.
The list of contracts with uninvoiced dates within the program are displayed.
Additionally, you can further refine the displayed results by adding filters to the advance search, such as viewing a specific season or child care site.
