The Contact Information set in the Courses section of System Preferences will be the contact information that appears on receipts and emails. You can add more specific Contact Information for a specific Category that a Course is attached to. For example, Aquatics may have a different contact than Adult Enrichment.
Follow these steps for updating contact information for a specific Category:
- Point to Courses.
- Select Categories.
- Search for and select the desired category then select Modify Category.
- Add or edit the Contact Information for the category then select Save.
