On the Administrative side, when a registration is entered for a person without an email address, the system will flag the enrollment on the Dashboard for needing a manual confirmation. A paper confirmation can be generated and if necessary, printed from the system then mailed or given to the person attending the class.
You can find the option to print the confirmation on the Enrollment show page which can be accessed from the Payment show page displayed immediately after processing that enrollment on the Admin side.
- From the Payment show page, select the magnifying glass next to the enrollment description line item so the Enrollment show page is displayed.
- Select Run Reports.
- Select Course Confirmation.
- Select Run Selected Reports.
- Select Continue.
- When the report is finished running, select the Download Finished Report(s) to view, save and/or print. Select Send via Email to send as a link via email.
You can also access the Enrollment Show Page from several other locations (Search and find the person that was enrolled then select Show User, select Courses from the grey toolbar then the magnifying glass for that course OR select Courses > Course Sections, find the Course Section that the person was enrolled in then Show Section, use the magnifying glass to view the enrollment for the person). Once the Enrollment Show Page is visible, follow the steps above to print the Course Confirmation PDF document.
