When a Season or a Catalogue ends, the information is not deleted or removed from the system. Instead, the default view hides the data so the list view does not become over-crowded with information from a previous Seasons or Catalogues. The date that it becomes automatically hidden is based on the end date for the Season or Catalogue.
To view data from a past Season or Catalogue, use the Catalogue tool and check the boxes for the desired Seasons or Catalogues to bring into the list view.
Note: The Season/Catalogue tool can also be useful when working with Program Seasons or Catalogues that differ from one Community Education department to another.
