Course Evaluation email requests are automatically sent to registered enrollments the day after the last day of a Course Section (if a Facility Request is attached) or the day after the last day of the Season (in the case a Facility Request is not attached - i.e., an online course section). The results can be viewed in 2 ways: Raw Survey Results or Survey Results Summary. The Raw Survey Results report provides every response to every survey question for all the survey results. The Survey Results Summary summarizes total answers by catalog. In order to run these reports by catalog, run the reports from Reports > Survey Results list view or from the Catalog show page
To view the Survey Results from the Reports menu:
- Point to Reports.
- Select Surveys.
- Select your survey then Show Survey.
- Select Run Reports and select the report to run.
- Update any of the Data Files and the desired output format.
- Select Continue
- When the report is finished running, select the Download Finished Report(s) to view, save and/or print. Select Send via Email to send as a link via email.
To view Survey Results for a Course Section:
- Point to Courses.
- Select Course Sections.
- Search for and select the Course Section then Show Section.
- Select the Evaluations tab.
To view Survey Results for a Catalog:
- Point to Courses.
- Select Catalogues.
- Search for and select the Catalogue then Show Catalogue.
- Select the Evaluations tab. A summary will be displayed.
- Select the magnifying glass to see additional detail.
