To create an ECFE Course Section that collects additional data for Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Early Education Student Reporting (EESR), the first step is to set the option for Include Participants in Early Education Student Reporting to Yes. After that is set to Yes, the form will include a required drop-down to indicate the correct program name.
Once those options are set up in the ECFE Course Sections, during registration for both the Public side of the system and any Administrative enrollments, the additional questions to fulfill the requirements of an MDE Early Education Student Registration will automatically be included.
If the enrollment is being completed from the Administrative side of of the system, there is an option to indicate a funding source. By default, all online enrollments will reflect Parent Fee as the funding source. All answers and additional information can be modified by ECFE Administrative users.
