The Child Care Contract Answers report includes the questions and corresponding answers that were provided during the registration process in an Excel format. It can be printed for a single child's Contract, a group of Contracts, for all contacts in a single Site and/or all contracts for multiple Sites.
Use the following steps to generate the report from the desired location:
- Browse to the view that you wish to print the report for (Child Care > Contracts > locate the contract(s) or Child Care > Sites).
- Select the appropriate Contract(s) or Site(s)
- Select the Reports button in the top, left corner (near your name)
- Select the Child Care Contract Answers report.
- Select Run Selected Reports.
- Select Continue.
- When the report is finished running, select the Download Finished Report(s) to view, save and/or print. Select Send via Email to send as a link via email.
Note: When sending a report via email, the link is active for one week. When the link has expired, the report should be generated new and sent to ensure the data is current.
